Joke 5 :-)

A snail walks into a bar and the barman tells him there's a strict policy about having snails in the bar and so kicks him out. A year later the same snail re-enters the bar and asks the barman "What did you do that for?"

A: Just look at that young person with the short hair and blue jeans. Is it a boy or a girl?
B: It's a girl. She's my daughter.
A: Oh, I'm sorry, sir. I didn't know that you were her father.
B: I'm not. I'm her mother.

Mother: "Did you enjoy your first day at school?"
Girl: "First day? Do you mean I have to go back tomorrow?

Joke 4 :D

1. Patient: Doctor, I have a pain in my eye whenever I drink tea.
Doctor: Take the spoon out of the mug before you drink.

Patient: Doctor! You've got to help me! Nobody ever listens to me. No one ever pays any attention to what I have to say.
Doctor: Next please! ☻☻☻☻
2. Two boys were arguing when the teacher entered the room.
The teacher says, "Why are you arguing?"
One boy answers, "We found a ten dollor bill and decided to give it to whoever tells the biggest lie."
"You should be ashamed of yourselves," said the teacher, "When I was your age I didn't even know what a lie was."
The boys gave the ten dollars to the teacher.  ☻☻☻☻☻☻

Joke 3 ☻

The doctor to the patient: 'You are very sick'
The patient to the doctor: 'Can I get a second opinion?'
The doctor again: 'Yes, you are very ugly too...' ☻☻☻☻

☻☻☻☻☻☻☻☻☻☻☻

A man goes to the doctor and says, "Doctor, wherever I touch, it hurts."
The doctor asks, "What do you mean?"
The man says, "When I touch my shoulder, it really hurts. If I touch my knee - OUCH! When I touch my forehead, it really, really hurts."
The doctor says, "I know what's wrong with you - you've broken your finger!" ☻☻☻☻☻☻

Joke 2 :)

1. The Perfect Son.
A: I have the perfect son.
B: Does he smoke?
A: No, he doesn't.
B: Does he drink whiskey?
A: No, he doesn't.
B: Does he ever come home late?
A: No, he doesn't.
B: I guess you really do have the perfect son. How old is he?
A: He will be six months old next Wednesday. ☺☺☺☺

2. Dancer.
Girl: You would be a good dancer except for two things.
Boy: What are the two things?
Girl: Your feet. ☺☺☺☺☺☺

Joke of the day.

Why whisky creates gorgeous patterns at bottom of glass,

Why whisky creates gorgeous patterns at bottom of glass.

Why whisky creates gorgeous patterns at bottom of glass

Washington, December 1
A new quest by a professional photographer and scientists has provided a deeper insight into why Whisky creates gorgeous patterns at the bottom of a glass after evaporation.
Professor Howard Stone and his Complex Fluids Group in Princeton University's Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering stated that it was plausible that these were deposits at contact lines or other deposits perhaps associated with flow, which was indeed what their research indicated.
The group focused on gaining a better understanding of the composition of whisky, identifying the possible suspended material, and doing controlled model experiments to understand possible shapes and forms of deposits during evaporation.
While the drying of single-component liquids that contain small volume fractions of solids is well studied and leads to the common “coffee ring effect,” it's also well known that the evaporation of alcohol-water solutions leads to interesting fluid motions, such as wine “tears” in a glass of wine or other strong liquors.
To study the flow patterns and concentration in the solution, as well as the final dried deposits from suspended particles, Hyoungsoo Kim, a postdoctoral researcher within Stone's group, and colleagues used video microscopy of drying droplets of actual whisky and compared it to video microscopy of an alcohol-water solution representative of whisky (typical whiskies are 40 percent by volume ethanol and 60 percent by volume water).
They found that initially, the droplet of alcohol-water solution creates a complex mixing flow. Ethanol evaporates first, due to the lower vapor pressure compared to water and, once the ethanol vanishes, a radial pattern can be observed. Further, as the initial ethanol concentration increases, the mobility of the receding contact line is increased as well.
And, at high ethanol concentrations, the contact line recedes and draws groups of particles along with it that are then deposited in a ring-shaped pattern.
Artist Ernie Button suspected that the distinctiveness of the rings left by whisky might have something to do with the aging process and materials soaked up through the wooden casks in which it's stored, although he doesn't see any significant difference when photographing younger vs. “more aged” versions of the same type of whisky.
The work by Stone's group might have wider implications, because the ability to control the deposition of a thin film of particles has been highly desirable for many industrial applications.

Sunny Leone And Ram Kapoor.

Kuch Kuch Locha Hai Between Sunny Leone And Ram Kapoor.

Sunny-leone-Ram-Kapoor

Kuch Kuch Locha Hai is the new title for director Devang Dholakia’s next. Previously titled Patel Rap, the film has already generated a lot of buzz due to it’s curious casting. After all, what possibly could a film featuring the sizzling Sunny Leone and the lovable Ram Kapoor paired opposite each other be about?
Says Devang,” My film is a spicy sexy comedy. The situations and the jokes are bound to have the audiences in splits and it is our belief that no one will have seen Ram Kapoor and Sunny Leone in the avatars that they are going to be seen in in the film before. It’s too early to reveal the storyline of the film but we all know that the audiences will have as much fun watching it as we are having shooting it. “ And why the title change? Quips Devang, “We couldn’t have found a more apt title than Kuch Kuch Locha Hai. The film, it’s essence, its flavors are enunciated through the title without giving away too much about the film and trust me, our film is full of the most hilarious Locha’s!”
Kuch Kuch Locha Hai is touted as being Sunny Leone’s first full blown comic caper. Says Sunny, “ I am elated to be working with Devang again and am really excited about working with the super funny Ram Kapoor. Devang and I have a very special relationship, not just as friends but he is like my family! The whole team and I always have a great time shooting and I know that with Ramadded to our already crazy mix, shooting for this film will be a blast. Ram is a revelation to work with. Not only are we laughing and joking around but Ram also shares valuable tips important for a film like ours and I consider myself lucky to be working with such an experienced actor.”
Added Ram, When Devang narrated the film to me, I was falling of the seat laughing it was literally that funny, but what I also realized was that it was extremely relatable and I love taking up subjects that people can relate to. Devang himself has a fantastic sense of humor so it was pretty much a no brainer saying yes to doing this film. What I didn’t know then and what has turned out to be the icing on the cake is that Sunny too has a great sense of humor and she’s amazing to work with. We’ve just about started shooting and so far it’s been an absolute blast!”
The film has already started shoot in the exotic locales of Malaysia where it will be wrapped up in a start to finish schedule. It is being presented by Alumbra Entertainment and Media Pvt Ltd and is being produced by Magic Pictures and Entertainment Pvt Ltd and Maximus Multimedia Pvt Ltd.
“ Said producer Mukesh Purohit Of Magic Pictures and Entertainment,” Kuch Kuch Locha Haiis an exciting film. From the casting to the locations to the music, it has all come together very well. Ram as a rich Gujrati businessman and Sunny as a famous film star and the situations they find themselves in lead to innumerable funny moments. Our direct, Devang Dholakia who himself is a Gujrati has bought alive the quirks and nuances of a typical dysfunctional family flawlessly and peppered it with his own unique brand of humor. Even though we are in the midst of shooting right now, we are already counting down the days to the release of the film. After all, laughter is most effective when it is shared!”

NASA Celebrates 50th Anniversary of First Mars Mission.

Mariner 4

The Mariner 4 mission, NASA's first successful journey to another world, launched 50 years ago, on November 28, 1964.
Mariner 4 flew past Mars on July 15, 1965, sending back the first images ever taken of another world from beyond the Earth-Moon system. These 21 historic photographs were taken from a distance of just 6,000 miles from the Red Planet. As the robotic explorer passed the alien world, it recorded information on surface temperatures of Mars, as well as measuring the magnetic field and atmospheric pressure of the planet.
"A television camera onboard takes 22 pictures, covering about 1% of the planet. Initially stored on a 4-track tape recorder, these pictures take four days to transmit back to Earth," Jet Propulsion Laboratory reported.
Many observers on Earth hoped the first flyby of Mars would reveal a world alive with life, perhaps an intelligent civilization. However, Mariner 4 revealed a frigid, arid world, presenting harsh conditions for any life that would ever form on the tawny surface.
Uwingu, a space funding corporation, marked the anniversary of Mariner 4's launch by sending a series of messages, by radio, to the Red Planet. Messages and pictures beamed to Mars included greetings from Star Trek alumnus George Takei, astronaut Chris Hadfield, and Bill Nye. Greetings from Earth were sent to the alien world utilizing the Universal Space Network, at a rate of one million bits per second.
Nearly 90,000 digital messages, part of the Beam Me to Mars project, were sent at 3 p.m, EST on November 28, arrived at their destination roughly 15 minutes after they were broadcast. The entire set of messages were repeated, as a tribute to Mariner 4. Images sent from that pioneering space vehicle was sent twice, to correct for missing or corrupted data. Participants in the new project were charged between $4.95 to send just their names, and $99 for an image and long message.
"Though no one is on Mars yet to receive the messages, here on Earth people will hear them loud and clear! The entire Beam Me message archive will be searchable from our web site by anyone with access to the Internet. And all messages can be socially shared with friends, relatives, anyone in your social networks," Uwingu announced on their Web site.
In the last 50 years, spacecraft and computer technology has advanced tremendously. The Rosetta observatory, currently studying Comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko, is able to store 25 gigabits of data, 4,771 times the storage capacity of its predecessor.
Mariner 4 remained operational long after its planned eight-month mission life. Engineers at NASA last  communicated with the craft on December 21, 1967.

WhatsApp growing too big for Facebook!

Facebook has over a billion users while its baby is going to become a billion member pretty soon. The instant messaging app WhatsApp is not the only threat set to take on the mighty and unbeatable social networking giant Facebook. There is another instant messaging app in the form of WeChat that is fast becoming too big to contain.
The latest report comes from a reliable organization Global Web Index (GWI). And the news is not good for Facebook. The social networking site that has killed the competition in the field has been feeling the heat from these instant messaging apps. Facebook’s stock is also facing some heat as despite massive reach, monetizing is still an issue for the company. Its stock is trading at around $77 significantly down from what it was some two months ago.
facebook-android appWhat’sApp has around 700 million users and the way it is expanding and becoming indispensible for all smartphone users, it is anybody’s guess that it will leave behind Facebook. This may be the reason that the company bought it for as much as $18billion. The latest GWI report says that most people now using use one of these instant messaging apps to communicate with their friends, relatives and closed ones rather than posting on their Facebook wall or inbox message.whatsapp
The sample of the survey was large and as many as 42000 people were interviewed in Asia including 5000 in India alone. A normal FB user login his account to check what all is going in his friends’ timeline. According to GWI, free access to these messaging apps is key reason behind rising disinterest of users for Facebook.

Cyanogen shuns OnePlus in India.

Cyanogen shuns OnePlus in India, exclusive access to its custom ROM granted to another company.

OnePlus made its One smartphone available for purchase – no invitation needed – on Black Friday which was no doubt good news to perspective buyers. Unfortunately, the startup received a bit of bad news recently as it relates to plans to launch in a new market.
As you may know, the OnePlus One runs a custom version of Android known asCyanogenMod. Such was to be the case in India as evident by the fact that a recent Cynaogen update included SAR values to comply with local Indian regulations.
But then, according to a blog post on the matter by OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei, Cyanogen seemingly went behind their back and granted exclusive rights to its operating system in India to another company. That other company is Micromax who is a direct competitor to Xiaomi in the region.
Pei added that the two companies have successfully cooperated to release the OnePlus One or carry out commercial operations in 17 countries and regions up to this point and that it’s unfortunate that a commitment made in India will not be held up.
The executive further added that they can’t explain Cyanogen’s decision because they don’t fully understand it themselves.
As for the India launch, OnePlus is going ahead with it on December 2. The company already had a small Android team working on a custom ROM based on Lollipop. In light of the Cyanogen news, they’ve shifted resources around to give the custom OS their full attention.
It’s worth pointing out that Cyanogen’s decision won’t affect customers outside of India, at least not for another year.

Salman Khan will be a virgin forever.

Salman Khan will be a virgin forever, says Holy Baba

At Arpita Khan's post-wedding-after-party-exhausted-gathering, some of our favourite stars sat down for some unwinding and chit chat. It emerged that they had all ended up going to an astrologer, eager to know the details of their future. Here's what our Mocktale spy-gadgets overheard:

Shah Rukh Khan began the conversation saying, "I will celebrate Happy New Year twice this year. My astrologer has said so. What an amazing film, no?" Hearing this, Junior Bachchan proudly proclaimed, "That's only because I'm so cool, yo."

Arvind Kejriwal sat down coughing because of his year-round flu. "I will create the ultimate medicine for cold and cough!" he said, and continued to cough through the night.

Salman Khan, tired from his shamiana-lifting workout said, "I have been told that I will be a virgin forever. And Karan thought I was lying! Kyun Karan?"
Karan Johar, evidently uncomfortable, replied, "Anything for my lovely audience, Salman."

KRK stormed in, loudly announcing that he would set up an 'engliss language school'.
"The fees must be only two rupees" Javed Jaffrey added, offended by the lack of humour at the gathering.

Hrithik Roshan mumbled "I will do a quadruple role in the next Krrish movie," before he started practicing his flying stunts and dance moves. Nobody bothered to respond.

"I am the one and only Khiladi. I will uncover the secret to eternal youth", Akshay Kumar said.
Alia Bhatt responded saying, "I thought he announced this when I was 5! Wait, how old am I now?" Unfortunately, Alia had said this aloud, and somewhere in the country, another parody began.

Lalu Prasad sat in an oversized armchair when he spoke through a mouthful of paan. "Apne Government bungalow se nikalne ke baad main ek cowshed mein rehne wala hoon."
"Eww! The cows will chew all his ear hair!" said Mallika Sherawat, as she fiddled with her very tiny dress.

Anil Kapoor was cheery and a little drunk when he gladly announced "I will finally shave my chest, and it will take only a few months to complete the process."
Sonam Kapoor, his diva daughter retorted saying, "Damn. There go my lifetime supply of razors," before sashaying out of the party.

Veena Malik Punish 26 year.

Veena Malik on blasphemy charge: I will never offend my religion..!!

Controversy seems to follow Pakistani actor Veena Malik no matter where she is. On Tuesday (November 25), the actor, her businessman husband Asad Bashir Khan, and Mir Shakil-ur-Rahman, the CEO of Pakistani media house GEO TV, were sentenced to 26 years of imprisonment by an anti-terrorism court for playing a religious song during her mock wedding on the channel last year. In an interview to us, Veena says she hasn’t done anything offensive.

“We will file a petition in higher courts because we have not done anything wrong. I am sure everything will be fine,” says Veena, while speaking to us over the phone. A fine of 1.3 million Pakistani rupees has also been imposed on them.

As part of the mock wedding broadcast, Veena is seen dancing with her husband, while Sufi musicians sing the religious song in the background. The actor, however, says, “My husband and I were on a show where they played the song, but it has been played hundreds of times before. I am a true-born, educated Muslim, and I come from a good family. I cannot even think of offending my religion.”

Veena feels that people are trying to use her name for their own advantage, and are conspiring against her for publicity. “The moment my name gets involved in something, it becomes big. They have created fake cases all over Pakistan. There should be just one FIR in this matter, but unfortunately, there are hundreds of FIRs against us in the same case,” says Veena, adding that it is also unfair to not target others who attended the TV wedding. “There were 200 guests on the show; there were more people as well. How can they (the court) only hold me wrong? Others were also party to the crime. I have not done anything wrong. This is just media hype,” she says.

The actor says that she had put in a plea for time to return to Pakistan (after giving birth) to sort the matter, but the proceedings continued in her absence. “I was pregnant when I was told of this. I told the authorities to wait till December so that I can also present my side in front of the court, but they went ahead when I was not even present in Pakistan,” she says.

Twitter to track apps on your smartphone.

Twitter to track apps on your smartphone..!!

The micro-blogging site Twitter has launched a new move to track which apps are installed on your cellphone.
"To help build a more personal Twitter experience for you, we are collecting and occasionally updating the list of apps installed on your mobile device so we can deliver tailored content that you might be interested in," explained a post on Twitter website.
The company wants to use the "app graph" to give more tailored content, give suggestions on whom to follow plus add tweets and other content to your timeline.
"We are only collecting the list of applications you have installed. We are not collecting any data within the applications," the post clarifies.
Recently, Twitter had started showing tweets from users people didn't follow, using an algorithm to identify likely favourites.
The website also recommends whom to follow based on people in a user's network. Now knowing which apps its users have gives more information to work upon.
Users have the option to stop the data collection at any time.

Microsoft Lumia 535 First look.

Microsoft Lumia 535 First look: Finally, a solid budget Windows smartphone..!!

The Microsoft Lumia 535 has launched in India at a price of Rs 9,199. This is the first Lumia phone under the Microsoft branding and is being called as an ‘entry-level smartphone’, which means it will replace the Lumia 530 that was launched earlier this year.
While 2013’s Nokia Lumia 520 was one of the most successful phones by Nokia, the next iteration, Lumia 530, was a dud that didn’t quite meet 2014 standards. One of the major setbacks of the phone was that it lacked a front camera, had a terrible display and a low built-in storage of just 4GB. Microsoft aims to address these flaws with the Lumia 535.
The Lumia 535 also marks Microsoft’s first smartphone release without the Nokia brand and we’re keen to see how it performs without Nokia’s halo.
We had the chance to use the phone during the launch today and take a closer look at what it has to offer. Here’s what we found.
Design and build
The Lumia 535 has gotten an inch taller than the Lumia 530. It now features a 5-inch screen – a jump from the 4-inch screen on the Lumia 530. Apart from the larger display, the phone comes in glossy new back covers that are available in different colours. There’s an upgrade here as well. Though it uses plastic, it’s not the flimsy one we saw on the Lumia 530. It’s sturdier and doesn’t look or feel cheap.
lumia 535(2)
Though the phone is larger now, the smooth curved edges make it easy to use one-handed
lumia 535(3)
The Microsoft Lumia 535 houses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 SoC featuring a quad-core processor and 1GB RAM
Display
Microsoft has also spruced up the screen’s resolution, which now houses 960 x 540 pixels instead of the 854 x 480 pixels on the Lumia 530. The screen is noticeably brighter now and Microsoft claims that there’s an added layer to make it easier to read under sunlight. While we still found the screen to be reflective, the problem is not as bad as with the Lumia 530.
Lumia 535(1)
The resolution is bumped up to 960 x 540 pixels
Camera
One of the best improvements in the latest budget Lumia phone is perhaps the addition of a 5MP front camera. There’s the same 5MP back camera you’ll find on the Lumia 530, but there’s a flash now for taking better indoor shots. While we are yet to test the capabilities of the camera, the low-light shots we took during the launch event came out looking reasonably good for a budget smartphone.
WP_20141018_14_09_45_Pro
A low-light shot taken during the event
The 5MP front camera isn’t bad either. Microsoft claims that it lets you take wide-angle shots and is better-equipped for taking photos in low light. While it’s too early to give a definite verdict on the camera capabilities, the test shots I took were pretty convincing. I have to admit, the low-light shots looked better than any other budget smartphone I’ve seen lately.
Software
The Microsoft Lumia 530 runs on Windows Phone 8.1 with Lumia Denim, so you get the latest software  as well as all the future updates from Microsoft. The UI itself is modern, efficient and is pretty intuitive to use.
Overall first impressions
All in all, the Lumia 535 it looks like Microsoft is off to a great start without the Nokia branding. The Lumia 535 addresses the key flaws in the 530, with a larger screen, sharper  display and by adding a front camera. The glossy new back cover, built-in flash and 8GB of internal storage are unexpected additions, which make the Lumia 535 an attractive option for those looking to buy their first smartphone.

Tumblr beats Facebook.

Tumblr beats Facebook as fastest-growing social network: GWI

WASHINGTON: Though Facebook, with its 1.35 million-strong user base, is the world's largest social network by some margin, it has been overtaken Tumblr as the fastest growing social platform.

The Yahoo-owned social network recorded growth of 120% in six months. Facebook, on the other hand, grew at only 2% during this period.

According to a research published by the Global Web Index (GWI), Pinterest took the lead in overall member growth by showcasing 57% growth while Facebook again lagged behind at 6%, reported TechCrunch.

Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google+ grew faster than Facebook as well.

In mobile apps, while Facebook is the largest app at present, Snapchat is the fastest growing of them all, up 56% this year. However, it is followed closely by Facebook, Messenger and Instagram.

Narender Modi & Nawaj Sharif Shake Hand..!!!

Modi, Sharif shake hands, meet at Saarc retreat.

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Pakistani premier Nawaz Sharif shook hands and met briefly during the retreat at the Saarc summit on Thursday, a day after Modi conspicuously avoided Sharif while he met five other South Asian leaders here.

"Yes, they have met and shook hands at the retreat," Nepal foreign minister Mahendra Bahadur Pandey said over phone from Dhulikhel, where the retreat is being held on the second day of the two-day Saarc summit.

Both the prime ministers have taken a tour in and around the resort which is famous for watching Himalayas.

Leaders will spend almost five hours at the retreat.

Nepal, the host country, is pushing for talks between India and Pakistan and at least a Saarc related energy accord.

But a planned meeting between two South Asian leaders has not taken place.

As of now, both leaders have not met separately at the retreat, but Nepal and other Saarc members are pushing them to sit for talks.

Multiple diplomatic sources said that both the prime ministers were seen talking during a reception hosted by Nepalese Prime Minister Sushil Koirala on Wednesday evening in honour of visiting Saarc heads of state and government.

Apple iPad Air 2, iPad mini 3 available for pre-order..!!

Apple iPad Air 2, iPad mini 3 available for pre-order starting at Rs 35,900 and Rs 28,900 respectively.

Apple’s highly anticipated iPads – iPad Air 2 and iPad mini 3 – were launched in October. The Cupertino Company didn’t ignore the Indian market and was quick enough to reveal what the prices would be for the devices in India. The all new iPad Air 2 and iPad mini 3 are now available for pre-order on online stores like Flipkart and Infibeam.
The iPad Air 2 as well as iPad mini 3 can be picked in space grey, white and gold options. The e-retailers promise to ship both devices by the end of the month.
As revealed earlier the iPad Air 2 16GB Wi-Fi model is available for Rs 35,900. The 64Gb and 128GB iPad Air 2 with Wi-Fi models are priced at Rs 42,900 and Rs 49,900, respectively. The 16GB iPad Air 2 (Wi-Fi and Cellular) will be priced at Rs 45,900 , 64GB model at Rs 52,900 and 128GB at Rs 59,900.
The Wi-Fi models of the iPad mini 3 are priced at Rs 28,900 for the 16GB model, Rs 35,900 for the 64GB model and Rs 42,900 for the 128GB model. The 16GB, 64GB and 128GB iPad mini 3 (Wi-Fi + Cellular) models will be priced at Rs 38,900, Rs 45,900 and Rs 52,900, respectively.
While we expected the device to go on sale around Diwali along with the iPhone 6, given Apple’s track record in India it still isn’t too late considering the devices were launched just a month and half ago.
The Apple iPad Air 2 measures just 6.1mm thin and weighs just 435g. It is easily the world’s thinnest tablet, almost 18 per cent thinner than the original iPad Air. The major update is the presence of the TouchID fingerprint scanner on the power button in the iPad Air 2.
It comes in the golden coloured back as well as space-gray and silver backs. The other major addition is the presence of an 8MP iSight camera, which brings in all the goodies such as time-lapse mode, live HDR, 120fps slo-mo mode, burst mode, panorama and so on. There is an improved 1.2MP front facing camera as well.
The Apple iPad mini 3 is a generational upgrade over the iPad mini with Retina Display. The major update with the mini 3 is also the addition of the TouchID which improves security. The iPad mini 3 is powered by the Apple A7 SoC and just like the iPad Air 2, will run on iOS 8.1. It also gets the 5MP iSight camera like the iPad mini 2. Most of the other aspects of the iPad mini 3 have been carried forward from its previous iteration – the iPad mini 2.

“On an average, 4 out of 10 calls that a pre-paid mobile user receives are from unknown numbers while 1 out of these 4 unknown calls is a spam call. This makes it one of the mass market needs on smartphones today. Nimbuzz has always tried to address a mass market need, satisfying millions of users. With Nimbuzz we did it for chatting and free voip calls. We hope to do the same with Holaa for call management,” said Vikas Saxena, CEO, Nimbuzz India.
Holaa! allows users to search people’s names based on their phone numbers and alerts the registered user if the caller is marked as spam by other members of Holaa! community. It further helps users to enrich their phone book by allowing synchronization of Facebook and Google accounts into the phonebook at the same time visually enhancing it by fetching the latest photos. It keeps a tab whenever the user moves away from their home network and notifies if they wish to block calls from unknown numbers.
The app regularly provides additional information about phone book contacts, which, the user can add to their directory by using the ‘Merge’ feature. Users can also share contact information for both phone book contacts and unknown contacts with their friends using a share option allowing the sharing of names, mobile numbers, photos and e-mail addresses.  Holaa! is currently available in English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Persian and Portuguese and will be available on Android devices immediately.

Facebook Rooms could face privacy backlash..!!

Facebook Australia says people can join a room only if they are invited to do so. But the invitation process seems quite loose as, according to Facebook, people can share room invitations in the same way they share photos on social media, or in text messages or emails, or printed out on paper.
Users can take a screenshot of the room invitation and use it to unlock that room in the app.
At first blush, it sounds like a rebadging of features already available in Facebook, such as groups and pages. In pages you can restrict the visibility of posts to just members, create events, and share photos and files privately.
And it sounds like something we’ve had on the internet since year Dot - forums, message boards, chat rooms and user groups.
Facebook said that a room was “a feed of photos, videos, and text – not too different from the one you have on Instagram or Facebook - with a topic determined by whoever created the room”.
Room founders and moderators employed by Facebook can moderate content and remove posts. If a member reports a post as inappropriate, then Facebook staff can remove that person from the room altogether and prevent them re-entering under another pseudonym tied to that account.
There are differences with Facebook groups however. Rooms is a standalone app that is separate from the Facebook ecosystem and doesn’t require a Facebook account to login in. So a Room is more a public forum rather than a private group that requires an admin and entry request.
Secondly, you can use a pseudonym in a room. In fact you can use a different nickname in each room you join. Some Facebook users might see this as a chance to lash out, offering opinions on topics they would be cautious to publish under their own names.
“There are many cases where people want to discuss a topic but don’t necessarily want it tied to their real identity — for example, a personal finance room, a room for people planning to start a family, a room about a health condition, or a room about high-end watches,” Facebook said.
But as we’ve known for years, anonymity has its dangers. There’s already concern in the US where Rooms operates that it could become a rallying point for extremist and racist groups, and that anonymous comments could be a magnet for trolls, diatribes of vilification, just as anonymous readers comments in news websites sometimes are.
It is understood all rooms, including the name of the room, membership count, content and comments are publicly viewable by anyone, regardless of whether they are a Rooms app user or not.
Facebook says online forums and chat rooms have used pseudonyms for years and is offering tools for room creators to moderate comments just like on a web forum. People can complain about inappropriate posts and, while users can post under nicknames, Facebook says it is prepared to work with law enforcement agencies and identify IP address and other information in cases of criminal activity.
Facebook meanwhile is fending off an accusation in the US that it copied another app called “Room” that offers a similar chat service.
The app has been developed by Facebook Creative Labs and is available only for iOS users at this time. Facebook says the app will not carry advertising for now.

Microsoft Launch New Phone.

Lumia fans have a lot to rejoice as Microsoft is finally launching its first non-Nokia Lumia phone in India on Wednesday.

Microsoft has sent out a press invitation for the event with a mention of ‘Power of five’ and ‘Five days to the magic of triple 5’, a rather clear indication of the Lumia 535's 5-inch screen, 5MP camera and a 5MP front-camera.

Earlier, Microsoft Mobile was said to have imported about 600 unit dummies of the Lumia 535 into the country.

Lumia 535 is Microsoft's first Lumia device without the iconic brand name of Nokia and it is aimed at the emerging market for affordable smartphones.

Featuring the Microsoft logo, the Lumia 535 has a 5-inch display, 1.2GHz quadcore processor and 1GB RAM. Along with 8 GB internal storage and 15 GB of free OneDrive storage, the device supports expansion up to 128 GB through microSD cards.

It has a 5 MP front and 5 MP rear camera and 1,905 mAh battery.

"The Lumia 535 3G Single SIM and Lumia 535 3G Dual SIM will be available in selected markets in November. Pricing for Lumia 535 and Lumia 535 Dual SIM will vary by market and operator, but is estimated to be around EUR 110 before taxes and subsidies," Microsoft said on its blog.

Both the devices will come loaded with Windows Phone 8.1 operating system and the Lumia Denim update right out of the box, it added.

The company said the phone would first be available in countries like China, Hong Kong and Bangladesh this month followed by other countries.
